DTB Pumps’ response to Covid-19:

At DTB Pumps we pride ourselves on supplying Pump Solutions, Pump Systems and Pump Servicing to a variety of clients including Customers using Domestic, Commercial or Industrial Pumps. We construct and service critical infrastructure for Buildings, Homes and Emergency Services to ensure site safety. We are an essential service and it is vital that we continue trading throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
We have introduced a number of measures to ensure the safety of our team and customers. These include:

Limited number of staff onsite.

We are restricting staff in our Workplace. All office-based staff who can work remotely are now doing so. As with all companies, this brings with it new procedures that we are constantly working to improve. Please be patient with us, it may take us slightly longer to respond to you, but we will be with you as soon as possible. Staff that cannot work remotely are required to wear a mask at all times, practice social distancing and wash and sanitise their hands frequently. On-site staff are also subject to daily temperature checks on arrival.

Daily cleaning, social distancing & PPE.

We are constantly monitoring and following government recommendations which are then communicated to our team via the DTB Pumps Covid-19 Safe Action Plan. Cleaning of office spaces, tools, and common areas including break rooms and high contact areas such as doorknobs, are occurring daily.

Where remote working is not an option, common areas have been measured to ensure social distancing within these spaces. Hand sanitisers and cleaning supplies are readily available and in line with the new legislation, face masks have been compulsory since 11:59pm on Wednesday 22nd July 2020.

Covid-19 cases on site

All non-vital customer visits, both to and from DTB Pumps, have been placed on hold or moved online/phone for the foreseeable future. If you are an essential worker and require a product, please call ahead to arrange contactless pick up.
When an essential visitor does attend our office, sign in and a Covid-19 Questionnaire is provided to ensure contact tracing is available if required.

Before our Service Technicians attend site to carry out their required works, our office staff are in contact with our customers to ensure no positive cases are present.

If a Covid-19 case has been detected onsite and one of our staff members have attended, or are due to attend, please notify us immediately by:
